General terms

By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Shipping and delivery

Before you are allowed to pay you will be notified of several options and prices for your shipping cost to your destination. You need to choose one of them before you can move on to final payment and final check out. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of you item(s) and the region of your destination with official prices from Fedex and the Belgium Post.

Orders are shipped either by Fedex Priority, Fedex Economy and Taxi Post. Orders can also be collected from our shop in Brussels, Belgium (17 rue des Chartreux 1000 Brussels, Belgium). Once Hunting and Collecting has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

FedEx and Taxi Post

FedEx and Taxi Post do not deliver to post-office boxes. A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on.

Delivery times

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays.

  1. Fedex Priority: Countries outside EU: 1-3 working days
    Fedex Priority : Countries inside EU: 1-3 working days
    Fedex Economy: Countries outside EU: 4-8 working days
    Fedex Economy: Countries inside EU: 2-4 working days
    Taxi Post : Countries Inside EU: 4 working days
    Taxi Post : Countries outside EU: 8-10 working days
    Taxi Post : Belgium Only: 2 days

Delivery status

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods you have the right to cancel the order. If the payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of late deliveries, a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not suitable then you have the right to cancel the order.

Tax and Duties

You are responsable for any additional taxes and duties. Hunting and Collecting is not responsable for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipment from Hunting and Collecting, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and /or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments, and the cost returning the package to Hunting and Collecting)

You can wire payment to our Bank account.
PayPal

PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account or PayPal credit. You can also opt to pay using your credit card Visa/Mastercard. More information about PayPal is available here.

Refunds & exchanges

For all return/exchange requests please contact onlinestore@huntingandcollecting.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another product/size.

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Items on sale cannot be returned.

How to make a return

Products may only be exchanged for other products available for sale via huntingandcollecting.com. Goods can be returned in three different ways, which are described below. All return shipping costs (both ways : Customer – Shop – Customer) are to be paid by the customer.

1. All international returns must be delivered by a major air delivery service (fed ex, ups, taxipost,…) with tracking capabilities. International return without a tracking number will not be accepted. Please email tracking number to : onlinestore@huntingandcollecting.com

3. Returns via our shop
in Brussels, Belgium : refunds or exchanges of goods are free of charge.

When returning goods, please ensure that you fill in and enclose the returns form. The returns form will have been enclosed in your delivery. If you wish to send back the whole or part of the order we will refund the amount you have paid. If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card that you used for payment via paypal. If you paid by bank wire then the money will be refunded into your account. If you made full or part payment via gift voucher you will receive a refund in the form of a gift voucher. You will find the address for returns on the returns form. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs.

Please note : when you purchaced an item before sales and return it in a period of sales, the item will keep it’s non sale price.

Force Majeure

We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
