Bio:

Swedish born Hanna Sager Forsberg is a London based designer who graduated with a first class degree from Central Saint Martins in 2008.

Since graduating Hanna has been working as a freelance designer, pattern cutter and illustrator. In April 2010 Hanna started Sager Forsberg.

I decided to start my own label to provide people with garments that are modern, honest and timeless. I love the idea of developing clothing that allows the individual to truly own a style or look.”

Style:

Created in early spring 2010 the Sager Forsberg label provides you with sophisticated, classic, no- season garments made from carefully selected quality silks. These are versatile clothes to be worn by women of any age with a desire for timeless essentials that fits into every wardrobe, a light elegant foundation that encourages individual style and personality to shine through.

Integrity and craftsmanship is the Sager Forsberg ethos, hence alongside design, production is playing a central role in the labels existence. Made in a small north London factory, the garments are beautifully finished to the highest standards, ensuring quality and comfort. In shifting hues of soft colours, the natural mother of pearl buttons used on the shirts compliments the smooth surface of the silk.

Collections:

The undisputed choice of using silk fabrics was not only made because of its luxurious hand but also for its peerless qualities when it comes to longevity and the way it feels close to your skin. Silk absorbs moisture keeping you cool in summer and when active. Its low conductivity keeps warm air close to the skin during the cold winter months. The long shirts can be worn as dresses or coats in summer and layered up with other Sager Forsberg pieces or your favourite knits in winter.
